| We, here at Amy's, strive
to provide the fullest dining experience with the highest quality
products and superior service for all of our customers. One of the
ways we accomplish this is by specializing in fresh seafood and Blue
Mesa Ranch All Natural Angus Beef. We utilize the freshest local
ingredients, using a wide variety of herbs. In addition, we have
an extensive beer, wine and spirits list. And finaly, our view of
the Sinclair Inlet and the Cascade Mountains are breathtakingly spectacular
any time of the year!
Amy's On The Bay opened their doors for business the
first time on April 28, 2006. Amy's is run by Chef Grant Matsuno
and General Manager Amy Igloi Matsuno. We were hugely successful
in our first year and look forward to continued growth into the future.
Our company believes in the importance of a close employee/employer
relationships and hiring from within. We consistently involve our
employees in our decision making processes so we can improve and
provide a greater dining experience for everyone!
Amy's is actively involved in community activities
in Port Orchard. Amy Igloi Matsuno is an Ambassador and Vice President
of the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce. In addition,
she is the Military Affairs Chairman for Port Orchard.
Amy's On The Bay makes numerous contributions to support local community
affairs such as the McCormick Woods Ladies Golf Club, Rally for a
Cure, YWCA of Kitsap County, South Kitsap Eastern Little League,
Bremerton Sail and Power Squadron, Olalla PTA, Naval Junior Reserve
Officer Training Corps, Stennis Wardroom Connections, Soroptimist
International of Port Orchard Foundation and too many more to list.
Amy's has supported many local events including the Annual Father's
Day Salmon Bake for the Friends of the Manchester Library, the Port
Orchard Party benefiting the Fathoms O'Fun, Port Orchard Chamber
of Commerce activities, the Annual Tip a Cop benefiting the Special
Olympics Washington and others.
