| We, here at Amy’s on the Bay, strive to provide the fullest dining experience utilizing the best quality products and superior service for all of our customers. Our chefs have selected the best quality beef products from a number of different ranches. Since different ranchers have different strengths, our approach is to choose the cuts they produce the best, making our beef program quite unique. We take pride in choosing wild caught seafood, mostly Pacific Rim, because we know there is such a different in flavor, quality and texture. We have a beautiful lounge for you to enjoy with a nice array of beers, wines and spirits. Our view of Sinclair Inlet and Bremerton is especially spectacular when our patio is open and you can enjoy dining and watching the ferry on the water.
Amy’s on the Bay has been the recipient of the National Restaurant Association’s American Dream Award one of three in the nation to receive this honor in 2009. In addition, in 2008 Amy’s received the Washington Restaurant Association’s Cornerstone Humanitarian Award for our philanthropic efforts in our community. Amy and Grant received the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 recognition in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Amy’s On The Bay has been chosen as South Kitsap’s “Best Steak” and “Best Seafood”. We were also top three for “Most Romantic Spot” and “Best Hamburgers”!
Amy’s on the Bay is actively involved in community activities in Port Orchard and Kitsap County. She has served on the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce Board as Vice President and Military Affairs Chair and a number of committees for local events. Amy’s On The Bay opened for business in April 2006. Amy’s is run by Executive Chef Grant Matsuno and General Manager Amy Igloi-Matsuno. We were very successful in our first year and look forward to continued growth. We believe one of the reasons for our success is our dedicated staff who help make up the heart and soul of Amy’s.
